Advertising Industry Words to remember

A collection of advertising screens or billboard locations managed under one platform, allowing advertisers to launch campaigns across multiple locations simultaneously.

A digital billboard uses LED or LCD technology to display rotating advertisements. Multiple advertisers can share the same screen according to a predefined schedule.

Digital signage uses electronic displays to communicate advertising, promotional messages, information, or entertainment in public and commercial environments.

Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising refers to digital screens placed in public spaces such as fuel stations, shopping centers, pharmacies, retail stores, airports, and roadside locations. Unlike traditional billboards, DOOH content can be updated remotely and scheduled in real time.

An impression represents one opportunity for an advertisement to be viewed by a person.

Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising includes all advertising displayed outside the home, including static billboards, digital billboards, transit advertising, street furniture, and digital signage.
